    When you sign up you will receive a welcome email from Rex with a detailed outline of the live sessions ready to add to your calendar.

    You will also receive Rex’s contact details and an opportunity to ask any further questions you may have.

  • The program is a mix of small group mastermind mentoring sessions and self-paced video modules.

    Prior to each live online group session, you will receive a link to the video modules and the additional tools.

    During the group sessions, we will explore the video module content with insightful discussions from the group participants.

    The live online sessions are via secure video and the video content can be accessed and viewed from anywhere at any time - even from your smart phone during your lunch break!

  • Are you super busy?

    If you said yes, then, I hear you!

    That’s why this program was specifically created for busy people – just like you!

    This program is not a ‘3-full days out of your office letting your emails pile up’ type of program.

    The program is -

    • An effective mastermind intensive that is delivered flexibly and efficiently.

    • Available to you no matter where you are in Australia (or the world for that matter) with a morning or afternoon group session to choose from. In the payment screen, simply decide which group timeslot suits you best - easy as.

    The learning video modules are delivered in bite-size portions and the fortnightly group sessions are 1.5 hours each.

    The welcome and wrap up group sessions are 1 hour each.

  • I am so passionate about The Art of People Leadership program and about you seeing results, that if it doesn’t meet your needs, after the first 2 group sessions - I will give you a 100% refund.

    If, by the end of the second group session, you find that you have not gained any new insights, I will be happy to refund you. Just email rex@clearcoachinginstitute.com.au no later than 1 day after the second group session.
